Some members of Father James Assembly with Bishop Otchenasek on the occasion of the 1000th Anniversary of Saint Adalbertus, October 1997, at St Anthony's Church, Chatham.

For some time the members of the colour guard used this crest on their capes. This was later removed, and the only crest used on the left shoulder of the cape is the Fourth Degree insigna with a white background.
