My evolution through Scouting in Malta

I was the only Second Leader in the Patrol Leaders' Course. Soon after, I was appointed Patrol Leader. I never made it to Troop Leader, as I was appointed Assistant Scoutmaster (S) in a short time.

I also qualified for the Wood Badge Part II but since I was only seventeen, and thus considered under age, Colonel J. V. Abela [Deputy Camp Chief] referred my case to Imperial Head Quarters who made the decision for me to take it again when I am of age.

The reverse of the ASM(S) Warrant

The certificate was signed on the reverse
